outdid their previous efforts in movie. Coming from Nigerian Producers, also being Female for that matter, gives them a huge round applause from me.
KING OF BOYS ANALYSIS:
Like many intellectual Nigerians, i usually run from Nigerian Movies. As in, I cant remember the last time i wen to the Cinemas to watch a Nigerian Movie; well, KOB is a different breed. From the beginning of the movie to the end was just awessssssssoooommmmeeee!
STORYLINE 10: The story line MADE SENSE. The reality of the plot made so much sense that at some point i saw myself in the role of one of the characters. Kemi Atiba was able to bring to the screens things that are obtainable in the present day Nigeria.
PRODUCTION 10: A+! The guns, the Cars, the Camera Quality, the Gun Shot, Bomb Blast effects... everything was dope.
CASTS 10: I liked the fact that FRESH faces was brought to the Screen. Aside from Toyin Tomatoes and Adesua Wellington (Banky's Wife); the other faces ain't really popular on the screens. Also, Having Reminiscence Makanaki and illBliss feature is just blissfull to watch. they totally killed their parts.
LIONHEART ANALYSIS:
When I heard this Movie was bought by Netflix; it sparked more curiousity in me... whats so special about it sef? I had to find a way to watch it. my people, after seeing it, my respect for Genevieve trippled.
STORYLINE 9: One thing that has been grossly portrayed negatively about Nigeria is our Culture. Lionheart, did a good Job in repairing those damages. The Movie begins on a high note, and took us through a Journey of the regular Igbo family. The usual BAD UNKU script was taken to another dimension and at every point when you think you've got it figured out, you just realise that lady G played a smart one on you.
PRODUCTION 10: Nothing was taken for granted in this movie, everything was well detailed to portray the exact message the producer wanted to portray. The fact that Innosen motors was effectively used and showcase in the movie showed the level of commitment put in creating the movie.
CASTS 8: I got a nostalgic feeling seeing Pete Edochie on the screens again, plus Onyeaka Owenu, damn... it was beautiful to see that combination. UKWA Graced our screens in this movie and his role was packed fill with so much lessons and wit. Having Phyno Phino & Peter in the Movie looked cool, although i feel they could have done better.
Now... that's my Opinion about Both Movies... If you've seen them both, drop your comments, let's know what you think
