1.   Coca Cola was used as a medicine that cures diseases including Morphine Addiction, Dyspepsia, neurasthenia, headaches and even impotency in the year 1886.

2.   It was a mixture of alcohol in Coca Cola which was later replaced by sugar to make it more appealing to drink.

3.   The first name given to Coca Cola was Pemberton’s French wine of cola because of the taste of alcohol in it.

4.   Coca Cola was renamed by Pemberton’s book keeper, Frank Robinson, who also wrote the name for the logo in the distinctive script that is still in use today.

5.   The name Coca Cola derived from two key ingredients, taken from leaves from the Coca Plant, and the Caffeine-rich Kola-Nut.

6.   In 1905, Coca Cola even contain traces of cocaine there for its medicinal effects.


7.   Fanta was introduced in the 1950’s which was originally concocted in wartime Germany.   
8.   Metal cans and bigger bottles of Coca Cola New Lines was rolled out in 1960.

9.   In 1978, the People’s Republic Of China declared the Coca Cola Company as the only Company allowed to sell packaged Cold Drinks in China.

10.                India was one of the last Countries to accept the Coca Cola brand.
