There was a time, about 10 years ago when the Center Points
for Shopping was Estate Burger at Agbara bus stop or St. Mary’s Supermarket,
opposite Agbara Police Station.
However, things have changed drastically! Mannah House came
and set a big standard, bringing in foreign products and food Items, while
ensuring that their quality never dropped Mannah house gave residents of Agbara
a glimpse of what SHOPPING truly meant.
When we thought we had seen enough! Then came the Titans!!!
GROCERY
BAZAAR
Grocery Bazaar popularly known as GB is located at Odofa (an
exterior part of Agbara). In just about 2 years, they have grown to become a
household name, Children, Youths, and even the Old troup in there in their
hundreds daily, just to get something from there. One of the reasons for this
huge success in patronage is because of the feeling you get when you shop at
GB, it gives you this feeling that you’re shopping in a smaller version of
shoprite; it is spaces and if you are not careful you will be tempted to think
they have EVERYTHING you need; well they really do have a lot sha. Outside the
Supermarket, other Businesses are located in the same arena. There is SLOT,
Westrol Babyteens Place, a Pharmcy and a few other shops. Another added bonus fact
that they have huge parking space; this makes it easy for customers to access
and exit without the hustle of movement. Until you visit, you may never fully
understand what I am talking about.
BEACH TOWN
Beach Town is one of the newest shopping malls around and its
stragically situated at Agbara Estate shopping complex where you also have
STANBIC IBTC BANK.
Beach Town has a neatly fitted mall that accommodate just
anything you need, the mall is Air Conditioned and the ambience there is top
notch, the customer service is excellent and top notch.
Although a bit compact, it has this class of its own, such
that its those who truly understands quality and royalty visits there. Being
just directly opposite Agbara Residential Estate really makes shopping there
easier.
One key strategy Beach Town is using to outsmart its
competition is the use of LOYALTY CARDS for their customers. Anytime a Customer
Shops there using the card, they gain percentage points that in time can be
used to purchase an item from the store.
The bottom line is, whoever you are, wherever you, once you
are in Agbara, there is always a perfect place for you to shop.
